Speculoos Biscuit Heaven tastes of caramel, biscuit and vanilla, and the flavour clears from your mouth within seconds of swallowing rather than lingering. That fast clearing is the single best thing about it, because plenty of meal replacements leave a strong artificial edge behind for minutes.
When opening the bag, you are met with a sweet biscuit aroma that matches the drink, which is a big plus as I’m sure people might be able to relate with opening a bag which smells nothing what it says on the label.
I’d say the flavour is the biggest reason to pick this particular variety of Protein Works Diet Meal 360 GOLD over the plainer options in the range and other options available on the market at that! Another great thing here is that you do not get that artificial taste that you can with some other shakes! It tastes just like a dessert, so you don’t actually feel like you are even missing out on a normal meal and feels like a treat rather than punishing yourself for dieting.

Protein Works Diet Meal 360 GOLD is a thick consistency, it is like a milkshake, so if you’re looking for that consistency you would like this but if you prefer a lighter protein drink without bits, you might find this a bit on the heavier side but each to their own as I personally liked this consistency!
Speculoos Biscuit Heaven texture includes small biscuit-like particles (reminded me of a Biscoff milkshake). They leave the drink slightly grainy as you get through it but again, I feel like this is something you might expect with a diet shake! Just make sure you don’t mistake this particular product for unmixed powder: it appears to be part of the flavour itself, so a plainer flavour in the same range would not have this same consistency.
If textured drinks put you off, you can always just add more water rather than less powder, cutting the powder also cuts the nutrition the serving is built to deliver.

One 65g serving of Protein Works Diet Meal 360 GOLD kept me full through a meal I would otherwise have skipped, without sending me looking for a snack shortly afterwards. That was the real test for me, not the label.
I made it on a day when I did not want to cook or even build a sandwich. It killed the craving and then kept me feeling full and I think the thickness is doing most of that work, because it sits far more like food than a normal protein shake does.
Based on that, it earns its place on busy days, when the alternative is missing a meal outright or grabbing something worse. It takes a minute to prepare and still behaves like an actual meal.

I have not hit large clumps or dry pockets of powder in a finished drink. The powder can look a little clumped inside the bag, but that has never survived contact with the shaker.
The fine particles left in the finished drink come from the Speculoos flavour rather than from poor mixing, so a different flavour in the range would likely finish smoother. Not needing a blender is what makes this practical to take to work.

Its strengths are flavour, smell, cost per meal and reliable mixing. The biscuit pieces give it substance and keep you feeling satiated inbetween meals! It would be great if it was only a one scoop serving instead of two but that would be my only suggestion for improvement!
