Prozis and Myprotein both sell a full range of protein powders online, but they price them very differently. Myprotein, the British brand owned by THG, is cheaper for whey. Prozis, a Portuguese brand with a UK store, is cheaper for casein and some plant proteins, especially with the 10% WHEYWISE code. Which creatine is cheaper?

Myprotein creatine is much cheaper. Myprotein Impact Creatine costs 13p per 5g serving in the 1kg bag at £25.24. Prozis Creatine Monohydrate costs 30p per 5g in the 300g tub at £17.82, or 27p with the code, and its 600g tub costs more per gram than the 300g. How do delivery, returns and reviews compare?

Myprotein has the simpler UK delivery: standard delivery costs £4.49, is free over £55, and takes 2 to 3 working days. Prozis calculates delivery cost and an estimated date at checkout, and shows a notice before you confirm if customs charges might apply. Prozis accepts returns for 14 days, with the return postage paid by you.

Where are Prozis and Myprotein made?

Prozis makes its products in 11 of its own factories in northern Portugal. Myprotein, owned by THG since 2011, says it runs six production and development sites in the UK, Poland and the USA, with its flagship site in Warrington holding a BRCGS AA grade. Myprotein also sells a range of products tested under Informed Sport.
