Quick answers

Is this right for you?

Who is it for?

Prozis 100% Real Casein is designed for people who want sustained protein release, especially overnight. Casein digests slowly, making it ideal as a bedtime shake or for anyone who goes long stretches between meals and wants to keep muscle protein synthesis ticking over.

What can you expect?

A thick, slow-digesting shake that keeps you feeling full for longer. Casein forms a gel in the stomach, releasing amino acids steadily over several hours. This makes it less ideal immediately post-workout but excellent for sustained recovery windows. With 80g of protein per 100g (around 26g per 33g serving), Prozis 100% Real Casein sits at the higher end for a casein product.

What else do you need to know?

Prozis 100% Real Casein is a casein protein powder made by Prozis. It comes in 1kg sizes. Every price on WheyWise is read from the retailer’s own page and re-checked daily and sorted by cost per 100g, so you can see both the cheapest option and how current it is. All links to Amazon and retailer sites are affiliate links - this is how WheyWise stays free.
